Fraud, collusion, use of automated software or bots, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. peti4d will never contact you by email, live chat, or telephone to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as your own unless you have previously reported a breach of security to our support team.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during the KYC process — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. peti4d reserves the right to void any winnings, suspend accounts, and report fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Your use of the peti4d Platform is subject to the following general conditions. You agree that at all times you will:
peti4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice, provided that such modifications shall not materially diminish rights already accrued by existing players in respect of confirmed winnings or deposited funds.
All financial transactions on the peti4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder. peti4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Full KYC verification is required before withdrawal requests above RM5,000 will be processed. Withdrawals are subject to any applicable Wagering Requirements being met in respect of Bonus Funds.
peti4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1–3 hours for bank transfers during standard business hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays (including Malaysian national holidays) or periods of unusually high volume. peti4d does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to reasonable best efforts.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method. Daily withdrawal limits may be imposed on accounts that have not completed full KYC verification. peti4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction at any time in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
peti4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific rollover multiples (e.g. X10, X15, X20) will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated bonus validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire.
While playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM250 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Exceeding this limit constitutes misuse of bonus funds and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates for each game category are available in the Platform's Promotions section.
peti4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including patterns consistent with bonus-hunting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy rollover with minimal risk, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where abuse is detected, peti4d reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.
peti4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players should always review the specific terms of each promotion before claiming.
All games offered on the peti4d Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and statistical accuracy. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real-time via secure video stream. Sports betting odds are determined by peti4d's in-house trading team and are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance.
All game results are final once confirmed by the Platform system. peti4d shall not be liable for errors resulting from technical malfunctions, hardware faults, or network interruptions that occur on the player's side. In the event of a confirmed system error on peti4d's infrastructure, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other covered events — are subject to individual market rules. Settlement of bets will follow the official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets accepted after an event's outcome has already been determined (due to data feed delay) may be voided at peti4d's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the peti4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:
peti4d is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) frameworks. All players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawing significant amounts or at such earlier time as peti4d may require.

peti4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a range of player protection tools within the Platform. Players can access deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options directly through their Account Settings.
Self-exclusion requests (temporary or permanent) will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be ceased. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, perform, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of peti4d. Unauthorised use of peti4d's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, peti4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if peti4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
peti4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. This limitation shall not apply to cases of death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by peti4d's negligence.
peti4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at the Player's own risk, and Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and connection security.
peti4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations or liabilities) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and provided no legal hold applies.

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect (where practicable). For non-material changes, updated Terms may take effect immediately upon posting.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which peti4d operates under its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that applicable jurisdiction.
Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise your dispute with peti4d's customer support team and to engage in good-faith efforts to reach an amicable resolution. peti4d aims to resolve all player complaints within 14 business days of formal written notification.
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict arising from a translated version of these Terms, the English language version shall prevail.
